Proposal for visual identity of Folk Music Symposium festival, which takes place every year in Thessaloniki, Greece. Folk Music Symposium is a 3day mini festival and hosts numerous musicians from all over Greece. In this festival the attendants can watch documentaries about folk greek music, see live concerts and be part of conversations around folk music and music instruments. The design developed for the festival consist of 2 characters, based on old fashioned rempetes, who were self taught musicians playing mostly guitar and bouzouki or tzouras.
